Fake Slow Shutter Speed - Davinci Resolve 17

This video will show you how to make a low shutter speed effect in Davinci Resolve 17. This effect was inspired by the Jackboys music video, and it does not require your footage to be shot at a slow shutter speed. Fake slow shutter speed effects are great for music videos, creating a dizzy atmosphere, or simply adding some distortion to your footage.
