Once you receive the link in your inbox, download and unzip the folder of free video effects. Import these video effects directly into Adobe Premiere Pro. (Note: This is an Adobe Premiere Pro tutorial but these video effects are also compatible with other editing softwares like Final Cut Pro, Sony Vegas, and DaVinci Resolve.)
Drag your selected effect on top of your clip, then change the blending mode to Screen or Linear Dodge (Add). These video effects look great when used with dimly lit footage.
Hit the “R” key to use the Rate Stretch Tool to change the speed of the clip as needed so it matches up with your footage.

Bring up the exposure of the effect if you’d like to see more glass particles; you can also adjust the color temperature and tint to experiment with different looks.
